The keynote speech of the 4th International Research Conference of the National Library of Sri Lanka 2025 (ICNATLIB 2025)

The Keynote speech was delivered by Dr. Sepalika Sudasinghe, Director General/CEO of the National Science Foundation of Sri Lanka.  at the  4^th International Research Conference of the National Library of Sri Lanka 2025 (ICNATLIB 2025), organized by the National Library & Documentation Services Board. The conference , was held on September 4, 2025, at the National Library Auditorium under the theme “Building a Smart Nation through Smart Libraries.”
