Empowering Young Minds Through Science, Technology and Innovation
The National Science Foundation (NSF) invites schools across Sri Lanka to register their School Science Societies with the NSF School Science Society Network (NSF-SSSN).
The NSF School Science Society Network aims to strengthen science education in schools by providing opportunities for students and teachers to engage in science, technology, innovation, research, and STEM-related activities at regional and national levels.
Benefits of Registration
Registered School Science Societies will have opportunities to:
- Participate in NSF-organized science programmes, workshops, competitions, and exhibitions
- Receive information on NSF educational initiatives and special events
- Network with School Science Societies across the country
- Access opportunities for student capacity building in science, technology and innovation
- Represent their schools in selected national and international science activities
Receive recognition as members of the NSF School Science Society Network
Eligibility :
Applications are invited from:
- All Government Schools and Private Schools approved by the Ministry of Education
