The National Science Foundation (NSF), under the purview Ministry of Science and Technology, marked the commencement of National Integrity Week, declared under the theme “A Culture of Integrity – A Clean Sri Lanka,” at a special programme held this morning. The event was attended by the Chairman, Director General, Additional Director, Heads of Divisions, and staff members of the Foundation. Joining government institutions across the country, NSF staff collectively recited the Integrity Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to promoting ethical conduct and integrity in public service. Addressing the gathering, the Chairman and the Director General emphasized the importance of upholding core values in the discharge of official duties, highlighting the significance of transparency, accountability, unity, and equity in maintaining institutional integrity. During the programme, staff members were also briefed on the NSF’s short-term Integrity Action Plan.
