The contribution made by teachers to promote science popularization among school community and general public is considered for this award.
Who can apply:
The teachers who actively contributed to popularize science among school children, community and organize special programmes to promote science education during 2025 are invited to apply for the award.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Should be teacher in charge or teacher coordinator of the school science society registered under the NSF science society network.

Completed forms should be posted to the Director General, National Science Foundation with the subject line "SPAT 2026" on top left hand corner of the envelope.
